Operator and purpose.

Data Exit Partners is a brand of Earthloom Holdings Limited. This website describes seller-side data representation and provides general information for prospective sellers. Questions can be sent to hello@dataexitpartners.com.

Information, not an engagement.

Website content is general information. It does not determine whether a particular dataset can lawfully be licensed, provide a valuation, or promise a buyer, price, or closing date. Obtain advice suited to your circumstances.

Sending a brief does not appoint us as your representative, create an exclusivity obligation, or authorize us to market or distribute data. Services begin only under a separate written agreement identifying the parties, scope, authority, fees, and other terms.

Submitting an inquiry.

Provide information you are authorized to share and take reasonable care that it is accurate. Do not upload or paste datasets, credentials, unlawful material, sensitive records, or confidential documents into the brief. If an NDA is needed before you describe the asset, contact us to arrange it first.

We handle inquiry information as described in the privacy notice. Nothing is shared with buyers without your written approval. The form itself is not a signed NDA.

Commercial terms.

Success-based fee agreed before we start; no fee if no deal closes. The signed engagement controls the calculation, payment trigger, scope, and any separately approved work. Website wording does not replace that agreement.

You remain responsible for authorizing disclosures and obtaining legal advice on the proposed transaction. We may decline or stop work if rights, authority, or other necessary conditions cannot be established.

Acceptable use.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the form for unsolicited bulk messages. You may link to public pages and use reasonable excerpts with attribution where permitted by applicable law. Other reuse of site content may require permission.

Availability and external links.

We take reasonable care with site content but do not warrant that it is complete, current for every situation, or free of errors. Availability may be interrupted. Links to other websites are provided for context; their operators are responsible for their own content and practices.

Liability and applicable rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Earthloom Holdings Limited is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information or ordinary interruptions to the site. Nothing here excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any service-specific liability terms belong in the signed engagement.

Updates and contact.
